Covenant Coffee was launched in 2008 to meet the needs of foster youth exiting the child welfare system. Foster youth were literally showing up at our door with no plans for their future, no job, no housing, and no hope! Since 2007, Covenant Community Services has been providing mentoring, housing, case management, and mental health services to hundreds of foster youth in Kern County. Since, 2008, we have provided employment, training, and life skills training to help youth find success.
