In this new year, we all have opportunities to make changes in our own lives and in our communities for the better. This article highlights methods that the coffee industry can employ to engage foster youth for personal restoration and generational transformation.

Without focused and intentional efforts to reach foster youth the unfortunate statistics of domestic violence, mental health, incarceration, child abuse and neglect, poverty, low educational attainment, and unemployment lurk in the future.

Let’s be the change we want to see in the world. Don’t sit on the sidelines and complain about what’s happening on the field. Move from the seat to significance and engage your heart, mind, and soul in helping others find success.
